Tamagoyaki

Ingredients:

• 3 large eggs 


• 2 tablespoons dashi stock

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon mirin

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil



Instructions: 



1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.

2. Bowl, mix together the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.

3. Pour the beaten eggs into the mixture and stir to combine.

4. Heat a non-stick Tamagoyaki pan or a small frying pan over medium heat.


5. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.

6. Pour about one-third of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting the pan to spread the eggs evenly.




7. When the egg starts to set, use a spatula to gently fold one end of the omelet towards the center.

8. Repeat the process, folding the omelet in half again and again until you have a rolled omelet.

9. Push the omelet to one end of the pan and repeat the process with the remaining 


10. Serve the Tamagoyaki hot or at room temperature.
