冷やし中華 / Hiyashi chūka
Hiyashi Chuka is a refreshing Japanese dish perfect for summer. Cold noodles are topped with various ingredients such as sliced meat, vegetables, and eggs.
material:
• 1 pack of dried Chinese egg noodles
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• Toppings (sliced ham, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, sliced omelet, sliced lettuce, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Boil the noodles to al dente as directed on the package. Drain the noodles and cool with cold water.
2. Place the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.
3. Mix chilled noodles in a large bowl with vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil .
4. Divide the noodles into plates and arrange the toppings on top of the noodles.
5. Enjoy cold Chinese noodles right away!
