• 2 cups dashi (Japanese fish soup)


• 1/2 cup sake


• 1/4 cup soy sauce


• 1/4 cup sugar


• 1 tsp salt


• 1/4 cup vegetable oil


• 8 ounces chicken breast cut into small cubes


• 8 ounces of beef cut into small cubes


• 1 sliced ​​onion


• 1 sliced ​​carrot


1/2 cup peas


1/4 cup sliced ​​mushrooms


• 1/4 cup sliced ​​bamboo shoots


• 1/4 cup sliced ​​green onions


• 1/4 cup lotus root slices (optional)

Instructions:
