Materials:


  1 lb of protein of your choice (shrimp, chicken, tofu, etc.)


  1 cup all-purpose flour


  1/4 cup cornstarch


  1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  1/2 teaspoon salt


   1 cup cold water


   Vegetable oil for frying



Procedure:


1. Cut the protein into bite size pieces and dry with a paper towel.


2. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

• Always use cold water and mix the dough just before use to prevent the dough from becoming too stiff.
